We are making an impact throughout the month of May in a strong, intentional way by taking 2-5 minutes each day to bring mindfulness into our children’s daily lives. How to participate? Join our community of parents, teachers, caregivers, and families and commit to doing a breathing activity for 2-5 minutes each day throughout the month of May with the children in your world.
